SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship our items registered by AIR with the Royal Thailand Post. We do not offer EMS or other faster methods so we can keep our prices as low as possible. Any order over $100 will automatically be insured to protect against damage or loss.
The shipping costs include such items as envelopes/boxes, bubble wrap and postal services. We do not make any profit on our shipping. Items will be shipped within 2 days (usually only one) of cleared payment.
We are NOT able to ship Sundays or public Thai holidays. Once shipped, we'll send you a tracking number, so please check your emails and mark our address (treasures-radical@radical-treasures.com) as SAFE or it may go to your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email.
Please take into account that we are shipping from THAILAND which means overseas for a lot of our customers. Most items take 10 – 21 days to arrive but can take longer due to holidays or traffic at customs. Some take only a week! We have yet to lose anything in the mail (knock on wood) as a signature is required upon delivery so if you can’t be home, kindly check with your local postal outlet. Most times the post office will return items if left unclaimed for more than 2-4 weeks. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask - we're here to help!
